OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Our exchange policy is valid for 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, reason for your return and a picture supporting your concern.
- All products are in its original new condition, suitable for re-selling
- Clothing Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
- Items must have all tags and labels attached in its original packaging, not missing any accessories or booklets.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.
- Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
- Beauty lines and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- Underwear /swimwear and bedlinen cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
We regret to inform you that exchange shipping costs are non -refundable. Note: these product returns are done at the expense of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these items are returned to Real Deal Daily offices within 10 days of the initial query.

If you would like a refund kindly send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and reason for refund, kindly note where indicated in our return policy within 10 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of delivery. We will then respond to the email within 48 business hours with a refund confirmation. The item must follow all our requirements as indicated in our exchange policy. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duties. Upon reception, inspection and qualification of refund, we will process the refund. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed, kindly allow 5 days for the refund to reflect as reflection time varies from bank to bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R1000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
